Important Dates
Annual Dues
HOA dues are due by the end of the year (December 31).
A reminder letter is sent to each homeowner in December.
Full-neighborhood voting may be coordinated along with the dues collection when needed.
Neighborhood Meetings
Neighborhood meetings are held annually and as needed.
A printed sign will be placed at the front of the neighborhood prior to the next meeting with details.

Trash and Pickups
Trash and recycling is collected on Thursdays
All cardboard must fit inside the blue recycling bins to be picked up.
Cardboard out of the containers will no longer be picked up.
Yard waste is collected curbside on an as-needed basis throughout the year.
